Where does this policy apply?

This policy applies to NearPin marketing pages and public SEO location pages. It does not apply to the separate widget embed, which does not use tracking cookies.

Necessary storage

The marketing site uses localStorage to remember your analytics consent choice. It is not a tracking cookie and contains no personal data.

Analytics after consent

If you accept, NearPin may load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure use of the marketing website. GA4 is not loaded before you give explicit consent. Declining has no negative consequences.

You can always change your choice through the “Cookie settings” button. The current GA4 configuration is only used once a measurement ID has been set.

Location-data sources

SEO location pages may use OSM, public government data and obtained lists. These are content sources, not cookies. Report outdated or incorrect data to demo@nearpin.io.
